On receipt of your order, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail that your order has been received. We reserve the right not to process your order following this acknowledgement and accordingly we would notify you by e-mail if this is the case. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made. If you wish to cancel an order you may do so by communicating that wish to us. If the order has already been dispatched please refer to our Return.


We use an online secure payment service providers to process your card payment. These providers use state-of-the-art internet solutions to ensure that the personal and sensitive data you provide when making a purchase from us is not compromised. The security services of these providers are among the most advanced in the country.


Although we endeavour to provide you with the item requested, occasionally we may be unable to fulfil an order due to unavailability of certain items or in rare cases a stock anomaly. In this instance, you would be informed as soon as possible and given the choice to either wait for more stock to become available, cancel the order or order a different item.


Upon receipt of each order you will be sent a confirmation email to confirm we have received your order. We will contact you to verify the shipping costs before proceeding with your order for deliveries to Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Island.

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receipt.
Please note, any payments for items made after 12pm will not be posted until the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday after 12pm or over the weekend will be sent out on the following Monday. We do not offer delivery on public or bank holidays. Next day delivery orders placed over a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day following the bank holiday, to be received by the customer the following day.


We use courier services besides the Royal Mail Postage (excluding Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland)
Deliveries will be received within 2-5 working days.
Please note delivery times may be longer on Bank Holidays. Our shipping are daily as normal and our courier is using a contact free delivery process.


All orders placed over the value of £50 and shipped within the UK will be sent free of charge via Tracked delivery within 48 hours.

Free Click & Collect from our Healtilife shop at 115 Lower Richmond Road, London SW15 1EX

Place your order and you will receive an email when your goods are ready for collection.  (Normally with 2 hours if goods in stock)


Cancellations /Returns & Refunds

If you wish to change or cancel an order  please contact us as soon as possible, as changes and cancellations can only be made prior to your order moving to dispatch. Orders that have already moved to dispatch can no longer be changed or cancelled.  However, if you need to return an item, please contact us .

Refunds are processed Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm (excluding bank holidays). We will make every possible effort to refund returns and cancellation received these times on the same or next working day.  Returned orders must be unopened in their original packaging. Once we receive the order we can issue a refund (excluding shipping costs).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the item was marked as a Gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return(excluding shipping costs). Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a Gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a Refund to the original buyer.

To return your product, you should mail your product to : Healtilife, 115 Lower Richmond Road, London SW15 1EX and clearly mark the box ‘Return’

Damaged Orders

If your parcel arrived damaged and this has affected the quality of your products then please contact us. You can either choose to have another product sent out or we can issue a refund. We will ask for picture proof for our records.

No Unnecessary Packaging

We make every effort to reuse packaging where we can. Packaging materials include eco-friendly; plastic-free bubble wrap made from kraft paper which you can put in your weekly recycling and parcel tape that’s completely biodegradable too.
