Dr. (Ayu) Rajashree Vyas helps clients to understand, detoxify, heal, beautify and re-balance their bodies and minds. These treatments include:
- Ayurvedic Consultation: this involves a full health evaluation, with techniques such as pulse and tongue analysis used to diagnose your individual Doshic constitution. Dr. RajAyur will then offer you a personally tailored programme to help restore and enhance your health and wellbeing.
- Ayurvedic massage: massages are an integral part of the ancient Ayurvedic healing system. This targets stress and toxins that have built up over time, it improves lymph flow and stimulates the immune system.

Traditional Chinese Medicine: Acupuncture
Raquel Yang-Poi delivers a unique form of holistic treatment that views each patient as a whole, rather than a single symptom to be treated. The treatments relax muscle knots, aids lymphatic drainage and releases toxins. Physical and emotional stress can be reduced and the treatments create instant improvement in the quality of sleep and concentration. They improve circulation and waste removal and may also alleviate a myriad of other problems.
Cupping Therapy: an effective approach to release Trigger Points. We offer cupping therapy as part of any acupuncture treatment when it is appropriate to do so and at no extra cost.
Gua Sha Therapy: is a therapeutic method of classical Chinese medicine that works to improve circulation and blood flow; most notably in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, tension and chronic pain. The therapy, which involves scraping the skin in long or short strokes with a massage tool called a Gua causes the appearance of purple or red spots known as petechiae or sha.
Korean Hand Therapy (KHT) or “Soojichim” theorises that the hands are microcosmos of the body. By stimulating specific points on the hands through acupuncture or massage, you can resolve pain and balance internal organ functions.
Meridian Stretch Massage: works on the whole body to relax and energise through gentle finger and palm pressure on the meridians.
